What to Expect When Submitting via the NSW Planning Portal

Once your application is submitted via the NSW Planning Portal, it may take 7 to 14 business days to receive an initial update. Most applications go through a pre-lodgement review by the Council before formal lodgement. During this review, Council may request additional information or payment of relevant fees.

Once all required documents are submitted and fees are paid, your application will be officially lodged and moved forward for assessment.
